Lister ("the App") is a list-making application for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

The short version: Lister does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Everything you create stays on your device.

Data Collection

Lister does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• No account required. You do not need to sign up, log in, or provide any personal information to use Lister.

• No data transmission. Lister does not send any information over the internet. All lists, list items, and other content you create remain stored locally on your device.

• No analytics or tracking. Lister does not use analytics services, advertising identifiers, or any third-party tracking tools.

• No advertising. Lister does not display ads and does not share information with ad networks.

Camera and Photos

Lister includes a feature that lets you take a photo of a list. This feature:

• Uses your device's camera only when you choose to use it.

• Stores captured photos locally on your device.

• Does not upload, process, or transmit photos to any server.

• Does not access your photo gallery except as needed to save or retrieve images you've taken within the app.

Data Storage

All data created in Lister — including lists, list items, properties, and photos — is stored locally on your device using standard Android app storage. This data:

• Is not backed up to any Lister-operated server (Lister does not operate any servers).

• May be included in your device's own backup system (e.g., Google's Android backup service), which is controlled by your device settings, not by Lister.

• Is deleted if you uninstall the App or clear its data through Android system settings.

Data Sharing

Since Lister does not collect any data, there is no data to share with third parties. Lister does not sell, rent, or share any information, because none is collected.

Permissions

Lister may request the following Android permissions:

• Camera — to let you take photos of your lists. Used only when you actively choose to take a photo.

Lister does not request permissions for location, contacts, microphone, or any other sensitive data beyond what's listed above.

Children's Privacy

Lister does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from any user. The App is safe for general audiences.

Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
